Meet Barbara C. Monzon, M.S., BCBA 

Barbara C. Monzon, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with a Master’s degree in Psychology, founded Brilliant Minds and Bodies Children’s Therapies with a heartfelt mission: to provide compassionate, high-quality ABA services that help children reach their full potential. With a deep passion for supporting families and a belief that every child can thrive, Barbara created a space where care, growth, and success come together.

With over 8 years of experience, Barbara has worked closely with children and families in a variety of settings including homes, schools, and clinics. Her expertise includes supporting children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), Down syndrome, and other developmental or behavioral challenges. Through personalized ABA programs, Barbara helps children build vital skills in communication, social interaction, independence, and behavior management.

Barbara understands that every child’s journey is unique. Whether a child is working on reducing challenging behaviors, improving focus and attention, or developing new life skills, Barbara and the team are committed to creating individualized interventions that meet each child’s specific needs and goals.
